Robert Doisneau
Robert Doisneau is one of my favourite photographers.. As it happens when I first saw his picture I didn't know of him.. It was the Bread-handed Picasso, it was love from first sight! I loved the humour of that iconic picture.. Doisneau has many more iconic pictures as I learned later.. One rainy afternoon when I was feeling blue, I found myself holding a calendar for 2011 with Robert Doisneau's photographs.. The calender had a title: HAPPINESS... Since that day I have been in love with his photography... I love how he catches the moment of love...

wonderful! I'm starting to feel vertigo just looking at the out-of-focus edge slowly leading into distant focus, realising that the camera must have been held in the air above Seine.. incredible how real this picture is!

how cool is this?! and I can't get my cat walking on a leash.. I should show him this picture!
