I have been wearing this plummy lip quite a few times this week... Although it's on a darker side, it is still pretty wearable... Rose Lyrique is a decadent plummy lip colour with gold shimmer... YSL Rouge Pur Couture is incredibly smooth and feels luxurious on... Also the scent is quite pronounced, I'm not exactly sure what it is but smells like flowers, roses perhaps, but even-though I'm not a huge fan of rose scent I find the lipstick scent very pleasant... It smells classic and elegant... The finish is not matte but not glossy either, I'd say it's a satin... Rose Lyrique is part of the YSL Summer 2012 Collection but I find it just perfect for entering the autumn... I can see myself wearing it a lot in the coming A/W... It's perfect to warm up your complexion on a cold grey day, teamed up with a thick oversize jumper and a pair of black skinny jeans for a cosy look...
Beautiful lipstick <3ReplyDelete
I'm currently obsessed with the glossy stains, I've never tried a YSL lipstick before though, there's a first for everything though. I'm going to the YSL counter tomorrow to try out the new teint idol foundation so I'll definitely be checking out this lipstick too :) xx
YSL lipsticks are one of my favourites! They feel like no other lipstick does, the formulation is amazing! I have been eyeing the YSL Rouge Pur Couture Vernis À Lèvres as well, might try it soon... Let me know if you already have and what you think.. As for the foundation, do you mean the new Touche Eclat? I did a review on it, I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin.. But you can get a 7-day trial sample at the counter and see how it works for you before purchasing the full size.. xxDelete
