I picked up this complimentary 7-day trial of the Le Teint Touche Eclat at the YSL counter when I was picking up the YSL Pure Chromatics palette... This foundation is based on the original YSL Touche Eclat concealer which just had its 20 years anniversary... The foundation is lightweight and illuminating, helping to create dimensional radiance... I was matched with the shade BD40... It comes in 22 shades and 3 different types, the B [Beige - natural undertone], BD [Beige Rose - pink undertone], and BR [Beige Dore - golden undertone]...
I have used it a few times now, and I find it works best when I use a primer with it... The primer I used is the YSL Top Secrets... Otherwise it started looking greasy almost instantly even after setting with mineral powder... It seems a little too illuminating for my skin, it kind of highlights my pores and makes them appear even larger... Having said that, I have an oily to combinational skin type and perhaps this foundation would be better for a normal or dry skin... I do like the finish of it, it looks very pretty for the first couple of hours, after that unfortunately it all just starts to melt and slide...
