Look #Two with Clarins Iris Blossom Palette!

Here is another look I created with this stunning Clarins Iris Blossom Eyeshadow palette from the Spring 2013 Collection... If you'd like to see the soft glamorous look I originally created with this palette click here! Generally it's quite difficult to find a nice black eyeshadow, which doesn't either go on patchy or isn't coal-black and therefore hard to make it wearable... And that's why I decided to feature this palette again, purely because this black eyeshadow is really beautiful! I've been looking for this type of black eyeshadow texture for a while...

To create this look I firstly applied MAC Paint Pot in Groundwork as a base, and then applied the black eyeshadow on the lower part of the eyelid taking it slightly up towards the crease but not into the crease... In the crease and the outer corner I blended through the very pretty iridescent taupe... I love the combination of these two eyeshadows... The black is really wearable, it deposits enough colour without being overtly theatrical... I also blended two shades together under the lower lash-line to create a soft smoky eye look...
